2 Key Principles of Marketing
🔵As a coach, as a trainer we think the natural progression is to go from this many clients, to this many clients and to go from this environment, to this environment, being a new gym or a new studio.
And the goal of that ultimately when you drill down to it, is to have more money and to have more time.
You’re building a business and I absolutely accept that, except when it doesn’t work.
So the understanding that if you want to grow your client base, and if you want to have a studio we need to accept that the intermediary period, you’re going to go backwards you’re going to have less time and less money, doing that and you’re going to go backwards to go forwards.
You can have to put money, in you’re gonna have to put extra time in so you need to be really open to that.
Another option is to think if the real reason is time and money.
Can I get different clients that can pay me more, can I not have the studio but have more clients maybe do it online.
Can I productise my business and leverage it so I can systemise it and then sell that and is that the way to increase your income and possibly your time.
Without taking much of a back step❓
