I’ve talked about reasonableness before, you’ve got to be reasonable.
If you’re going to train hard, can you diet hard at the same time❓
If you’re going to work super hard, can you train hard and the point here is, if you’re going to go to work you also need to recover hard.
So make sure you’re planning in your recovery❗️
If you push it hard, if you’re making things happen you’ve got to give yourself time to recover as well❗️ 🔷
