VLOG 150 – Reasonableness
This video is about reasonableness.
You see when you go on a new diet, when you go on a new training program those two things seem to go together.
So you diet really hard and you train really hard.
And what happens is you stick to none of them because you burn yourself out, you can’t stick to the diet and you end up doing three weeks, four weeks and then you drop off and it doesn’t work.
It’s the same with if you’re working really hard you’re not going to be able to train and diet really hard either.
So you throw a third variable in and what we need to be aware of is the the principle of reasonableness.
You’ve got to be reasonable, training hard you need to have an easier diet.
Working hard, you need to train a little bit easier.
Don’t try and do it all at once!
