VLOG 181 – How To Win The First Consultation With A Client – Part Two
🔹 So winning the consultation part 2, we talked in the first part about setting the scene.
They need to know what’s happening and it starts before you even see them.
The second part is actually when you get into that session and what you’re going to do in that session is coach those people and I’m not talking about personal training and I’m not talking about coaching.
I’m talking about consulting with a client.
What is their pain❓ What do they want out of this❓ What’s the pleasure that they seek❓ What have they tried to do before that’s not worked❓
Look at all of those things and get them to give you the solution to what they think is right.
Marry that with your products, your offering in the personal training space.
Then we deliver value. We have to give them a demonstration of our quality and get them to feel that.
In your space, It might be different, you might be showing them some of your campaigns that you’ve done in marketing for example. 🔹
