Just pause unpick and reflect but I guarantee that you are closer than you think, you are closer than you think.
I’m not saying you’re close. But in times of uncertainty you start to think I’m miles away from the goal here. I’m miles away from my fitness goals, my business goals, my lifestyle goals, my personal goals, but pause reflect and think actually if I do this, this and this I’m going to be incredibly close. In fact, I might be there.
So the key here to preventing self-sabotage is surely to stop pause and reflect unpick and then move forward❗️ 🔵
