🔵I was listening to Ben Davison, Tyson Fury’s trainer, talking about how he utilises this and I think it was actually about Billy Joe Saunders who utilises this act as if behavior.
Act as if you’re calm and you’ll become calm.
Act as if you’re going to win and you’ll win.
Act as if you are the man and you are the man so to speak.
It’s the same as a quote that I’ve used on another video. Which is you are who you pretend to be and there is some science here that the whole cyclical mindset of if we behave a certain way then we feel a certain way, if we feel a certain way we take on those true beliefs and values and the cycle continues and grows and enlarges.
So my advice to you today is, who do you need to act as if❓
What do you need to do to become the person that does the things that you want to do❓🔵
