It’s easy to beat yourself up for what you actually are getting done.
And one of the things that often comes up in my space from teaching and coaching other coaches and business people and whatnot is pacing of work and how to get things done.
The analogy I like to use is this one of, sprinters vs. endurance runners.
It’s absolutely fine, If you are one of the people that Sprint’s at a hundred and ten miles an hour and then stops because sprinters need to rest.
Similarly, It’s alright as well. If you’re an endurance runner that starts at 7 a.m. And finishes at 7 p.m. And doesn’t stop.
How you work is a very personal thing. It’s absolutely fine, so long as you get to the end❗️🔵
