The jobs of tomorrow are not the conveyor belts of yesterday.
Now people are working from home creating their own jobs and so on and so forth.
So do we really want to create good employees through our coaching surely we want to create the best version of the people that we are coaching.
So facilitating conversation, challenge, breaking the rules rebelliousness. These are really important in your coaching sessions as well.
So, how can you do that❓ How can you encourage and foster that well problem-solving movement puzzles are all a part of that your demeanour your questioning and the way that you facilitate conversation back from your clients is really, really important, you don’t want to be giving and being an autocrat.
